Soon.
I converted my bag phone into a fanny pack!
i think these things would alienate you from smokers
and the non-smokers already think you look stupid with a cigarette
and then where are you?
hangin with the fucking chew/dippers in the back, man. the fucking dippers, man. just kill yourself.

I just ordered one as well. I should have in in about 2-3 days.
ive actually done a lot of research on these things through user reactions and opinions. most people claim that they get two satisfactions from cigarettes. one is the obvious nicotine dose, while the other is the action of smoking.
they say that, all in all, it "feels" like you are smoking a real cig, and delivers the same buzz at pretty much the same price (after the initial purchase anyways). the freedom to "light up" anywhere is appealing to people, but most importantly they report they start to feel a whole hell of a lot better. most of them say that once using the e-cig and trying a normal tobacco cig, they became quickly disgusted.

For me personally, I wasnt disgusted.
I actually had a few here and there, but it wasnt because I really wanted one,
More like I felt like I should have one. Like out of habit.

I know my lady has asthma and lung issues. We both like to hike and climb a lot during the summer and I "quit" smoking about a year ago. I've struggled a lot with not smoking because i love to smoke when I drink, which is most every night. Even if I only have one beer or a glass of wine I love smoking afterwords if for nothing else than the nicotine buzz. I will power down a cig or half a cig when I can to get that feeling and then I'll be ok for an hour or so. I just want to be able to smoke a little when I drink and thats about it. I don't smoke during the daylight hours, and I haven't smoked a cig while it was daylight out more than once a week for years... but I was smoking 1/2 a pack a night once I started drinking. I'd like to drink and smoke together again and not have to shower and be ashamed with the lady. She said go for it so I went for it. I hope this is the happy medium. I don't care about the nicotine, thats not the issue, it's the smoke and the smell.
MB, what do you find about the smell and the taste in your mouth? Can your SO tell when you smoke?

It doesn't smell at all. The vapor dissipates quickly.

no girlfriend, but I fooled around with two girls while I used it who are both vehemently anti-smoking, and neither had any complaints. Its a very sweet flavor, and you cant smell it on your clothes.
from what you said, it sounds like the e-cig will be right up your alley.
Just be careful how much you use it, too much nicotine is not fun.
usually 2 or 3 rips off it will satisfy a craving, for me at least.

Nice. Thanks for the info. I hope this makes it easier to relax and not have to worry about smoking.
The Njoy ones are supposedly much better.
My starter kit will arrive today. I'll report back once I get it.

I don't doubt that at all.
I would not be surprised if these were the lowest quality ecigs available.
But at that price, I just had to buy one, and share with the class.

just start using a patch for your nicotine. These are silly.
I got my NPro starter Kit.
These are interesting. Not quite like smoking, but certainly similar. The real test will be when I'm drunk and I want to have a cig.

ok, does anyone know the difference between say Njoy or these or these?
in a desperate effort to get me to quit smoking my mother has offered to buy patches or ecigs or gum or whatever i need. i like the ritual of smoking so..
i can't seem to find proper reviews besides the ones on each site

Silly if you don't completely understand addiction
ok- the smoke51 or whatever cig has the atomizer built into the cartridge so you just screw it on. njoy you need to slide the cartridge in and smokeeverywhere involves unscrewing and rescrewing. pricing out the smoke51 non-starter kit & just buying the battery, cartridges of my flavor choice (instead of the standard tobacco in the starter kit) and a charger it came out to $15 cheaper than the starter kit and only $10 more than njoy
totally going with smoke51

Take it to the BRB SMOKE thread
I got that one, b3.
I haven't tested it versus an expensive one,
but that cheap one blows.
You have to pull soooo hard to get a hit.
Definitely not a substitute, especially when drinking.

This nJoy NPro is pretty cool. I've read some reviews and I guess that there are supposedly better ones, but most of them are the pen style/cigarette holder style ones. Those seem to be cheaper to refil.
Also, supposedly you can refill these without buying the cartridges and just using the liquid, but it voids the warranty.
I crave a cig every time I drink and I got the standard "TIme to smoke!" craving, I took a few long drags off the cig at the highest cartridge level (18mg) and I felt pretty damn relaxed. I think this is going to work. I'll try it for a week or so and then if I like it I'll get some refills. If I decide I don't want it.. well, I'll try to sell it.

That's the benefit of buying from Costco.
If I do not want, they gives me moneys and I do not has.

Oh... you bought from costco? I didn't know you could do that.

Ok folks, I'm in - I've been chugging on an e-cig for a little over 24 hours now. In a normal 24-hour span, I go through a couple packs of smokes. I've had 10 since starting, so if nothing else, I'm down 75% on actual smoking. The latest federal tax - another 10 bucks a carton, even from the rez - and the impending nationwide implementation of 'fire-proof' cigarettes have driven me to it.
I find I really miss the routine tasks of smoking - torching em with a zippo, flicking butts at people, watching the smoke laze around while gesticulating wildly with a nail in one hand.
A heads-up, most of the brands I've seen bandied about in this thread are just rebrands from the same manufacturer with a big markup - the place to go is loongtotem.com, they actually make them, as far as I can tell. They're all just revs of the LT-V line, the ones I'm using are V9, the same as smoke51.com... but for 1/3 the price.
Shipping overseas is a pisser costwise, so all told, a little under half the price of smoke51.

If this works for Davelog, stop clinical tests.
I'm nowhere near as chimney-like.
But I figured it was worth the cost (co).

I'm still trying to figure how much to drag at once.
I don't want to be poisoned.
I'm taking a puff or two every half hour or so.

Do you mean American Spirits? They pack those tight on purpose.
You're supposed to roll them between your fingers before smoking to loosen them up.
